The Draft Planning Work Program includes the work of our Community Planning, Transportation Planning and Development Review/Current Planning sections. It's organized into themes to sort our projects by the County's goals and policy direction: Housing Production and Affordability; Natural Resources, Climate Change; Multimodal Transportation Planning; Plan and Development Code Updates, and Fiscal Responsibility.

We are updating our Transit Development Plan to meet the public transportation needs of those living, working and visiting Washington County. Which improvements would you like to see in the next two to five years? The Washington County Transit Committee will use the results of this survey to develop recommendations to our Board of Commissioners to help them prioritize public transportation projects for Statewide Transportation Improvement Funding.
